• Trade Pulse is constantly improving and innovating to provide the best experience for users. The form and nature of the Services may change without prior notice.
• Trade Pulse may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Services without prior notice.
• You may stop using the Services at any time without informing Trade Pulse.
• Trade Pulse may disable access to your account, preventing access to Services, account details, or any associated content.
• Trade Pulse may set limits on the number of transmissions or storage used for the Services at its discretion.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes must be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Use of the Trade Pulse platform is unauthorized in jurisdictions that do not recognize these Terms.

Refund Policy & Subscription Cancellation

• Payments for services are processed through authorized gateways.
• Pro-rata refunds for monthly plans are available if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Pro-rata refunds for longer plans are available within 30 days of purchase, calculated based on a one-month rate.
• No refunds will be processed after the specified periods.
• Subscription plans are login-specific and non-transferable.
