About Crude Oil options

Crude Oil is the most actively traded energy contract on MCX. Its options are highly liquid and very sensitive to global supply, OPEC decisions, inventory data and the dollar — which keeps implied volatility elevated. Crude Oil options on MCX expire monthly and trade into the late evening session, so time decay and implied volatility behave differently from equity options — read the chain with that in mind.
